Any Platform - Bugged Vault in Shattered Square

A vault with keybind and animation but is also blocked off with a pile of rubble on the other side. You are able to use the vault, but you stay on the same side that you attempted to vault over it on. It's fairly hard to explain, watch video or replicate to understand better.
Step 1 - Start a match (custom or public) as either role. You must be in the Shattered Square map.
Step 2 - Find building in attached screenshot.
Step 3 - Go to the outside back of the building.
Step 4 - Attempt to vault at the yellow cloth to see it will not work.
This can be done as any character, survivor or killer, with any perks or items. The only requirement is that it is on the Shattered Square map in the Decimated Borgo Realm.
