Black Ward Bug

I played a match just now as Billy with Spiked Boots and Iridescent Engravings. I was on my last Iridescent Engravings so I used Black Ward to protect it from being burned on use. When I started the game, my Black Ward was burned but Iridescent Engravings were not equipped. After the match, my Black Ward stack was decremented by 1 and I still had the 1 Iridescent Engraving. Map was Coldwind/Thompson House.
