Pc - Bugged Window on The Shattered Square

I was playing solo queue as a survivor (Sable Ward) and got the map 'The Shattered Square', I was being chased by the killer and trying to vault a window on a small building in the middle of the map (not killer shack) but when I vault it, the vault didn't go through but my lithe perk activated and the window vaulting noise happened. When the killer let me go (because of the un-vaulted bug window) i tested it again but it still wouldn't vault but when the third vault hit, the window blocked. Please help fix, kinda messed with the chase ngl. Oh also for small information, when I got downed because of this, the killer (huntress) also tested the vault and they also couldn't vault but the vault prompt activated.
