Anniversary Queue - question

It's almost time for the 8th Anniversary in Dead by Daylight!

During the developer livestream, it was mentioned that there will be a seperate queue for the Anniversary, where all the special interactions take place. Almost as if it's some sort of modifier.

I was wondering if this Anniversary queue indeed works the same as the Chaos Shuffle modifier (and the other modifiers we had before), where ones MMR is only used to determine matchmaking but does not increase or decrease based on the outcome of the match.

It would be nice if we can safely meme and use silly builds and enjoy the festivities without having to worry about anything :).
