When hit with Franklin's, the item stays white the entire match even tho it should be losing charges

    The transition from White to Red is based on the amount of charges lost from Franklin's Demise. If the item is already missing charges or is out of charges, it will display as White the entire time, since there are no charges left for Franklin's Demise to regress.

    Likewise, White items can be shown based on other perks and addons that drop items independently from Franklin's Demise.

    i see
