No bloodpoints for rank reset

my rank reset today and I was survivor rank iridescent 1 so I was supposed to get 1,000,000 bloodpoints. When I signed in I got absolutly nothing. I got all the notifications for the twisted masquerade event and the rank reset notification but I got none of the bloodpoints I was supposed to.
