Another Freddy rework idea.

This is not a complete rework as Aura reading and dream transition will be relatively untouched.

Here is are few general buffs, a new mechanic to further mindgames and a way to wake up that no longer uses RNG and is independant off skillchecks.

General buffs

- The 50% debuff will now apply to the  dream transition.
- Any actions will be canceled after 4 seconds during the dream transition.
- Freddy can pick up survivors getting healed.
- Attacks no longer lock on awake survivors.
Reduced movement speed penalty, faster recovery to put multiple to sleep and/or longer range.
- Freddy knows when he is visible/invisible  during the dream transition of the latest/closest survivor pulled into the dream transition

New secondary power

- Freddy can now tag any asleep survivor, this will cause Freddy to "blink" again and change his visibility at random intervals. 
This power only lasts 10s and can turned off at will, however Freddy can not pull anyone in the dreamworld while using it.

Wake up changes

Healing and repairing will now be replaced with "Wake up". The survivor will now fill a bar when completed will cause a failed healing/repair skillcheck, regressing actual progress.
No progress to healing or repairing can be done during this period.

    I really like everything except his "new secondary power." But since his rework has already started I dont think these ideas could make it into the game, sorry.
