issue with skillful/ not half bad trophies on ps5

i started playing dbd on ps4 but around april started playing on ps5. i have been trying to 100% the trophies and noticed an issue with the skillful and not half bad trophy gaining progress. theyre both stuck at around 66% even though ive met the requirements to get the trophies. i did have the previously unlocked on ps4 but they dont seem to wanna transfer over. i was wondering if there was a solution to this issue, i tried contacting support twice but i didnt really get an answer as to if this would be fixed or not.
