Killer the judge
115% movement speed 32 meter terror radius height tall
Weapon wooden mallet
Mori judge hits the survivors head back then grabs the jaw of the survivor and pulls it off their head.
Power handcuffs
Handcuffs can be applied when a survivor is knocked down. When handcuffs are applied survivors cannot self heal sabotage or repair. Survivors can remove handcuffs themselves or by another survivor when fully healed. Taking hand cuffs off yourself is 1/3 of the speed of getting another survivor to do it. Judge has 10 handcuffs.
Backstory: Tommy Hudder was a quiet boy. He was obsessed with capital punishment from a very young age. At school he hated every student there, he viewed them all as criminals. When he left school he started work at the courthouse and eventually became a judge. At first the excitement of arresting criminals was entertaining enough for him but soon he became bored. Arresting criminals wasn’t enough. He had to take the law into his own hands.
Teachable perks: purging of thieves, behind bars, objection
Purging of thieves - your anger boils when someone takes what’s rightfully yours. When a survivor unhooks or picks up an item the see their aura for 3/4/5 seconds.
Behind bars - the amount of times a survivor can vault a window is decreased by 0/0/1 times. Windows are blocked off for 4/6/8 more seconds.
Objection - you know how to remove the freedoms of a survivor. When unhooking a survivor a slightly/moderately/considerably difficult skill check must be completed. If a skill check is failed the killer will be alerted and the survivor cannot be unhooked for 3/4/5 seconds.
Survivor: roger mcadams.
Backstory: roger was born into a poor family. He didn’t get much from his parents. He had to work to get food. But work wasn’t enough, he had to turn to crime to make it through life. One day during a fight he got arrested by police. He was sentenced to 5 years in maximum security prison for his crimes. One day roger and 2 other inmates planned their escape. Roger managed to get out but the other 2 didn’t. One day whilst hiding in a bush from police black arms started to wrap around his mouth. He struggled and tried to escape. The noise he made attracted police but when they checked for him he wasn’t their.
Teachable perks - retaliation, under the influence and antisocial
Retaliation - your courage and fighting spirit is admired my others. Whilst fully heal if you are in a chase for 60/45/30 seconds then you can attack the killer stunning them for 2/3/4 seconds
Under the influence - your charisma can incorage others to ignore societies rules. Whilst on a hook 1/2/3 of the killers perks are no longer active. Entity progression is 3/6/9% slower.
Antisocial - you work better isolated and get stressed around others. When there are no survivors in a 30/25/20 meter range your repair speed is increased by 15/30/45%. When there are survivors in this range however, your repair speed is decreased by 40/30/20%.

Antisocial: The numbers mason, what do they mean?
I’m pretty much saying nerf it, I really dislike unaltruistic perks.
