PC/Crossplay - Survivor levitates after being dropped during sabotage?

Unsure of what actually caused this glitch, I only have a video and a log file. I'm playing on PC Gamepass, so Windows 10 version of the game. I've got crossplay enabled.
We were unable to unhook the Nea, and her hook healthbar didn't go down for a long while. Eventually, her health ran out and the bar just disappeared, and she was stuck there for about another 15 seconds before the game recognized that she was dead.
Unfortunately, I didn't make note of what perks either of them were using. Map was Eyrie of Crows.
