Background for purchasing DLC.

I bought the latest Dungeons and Dragons DLC, and then I found out that for the purchase they give an ultra-rare background if you subscribe to the official website. I have done everything and a lot of time has already passed, but there is no letter in the mail.
Tell me, is this how it should be or where should I write?
