Event bug with remote hook

So upon remote hooking a survivor I was blinded by a flashbang and instead of hooking or dropping the survivor it immediately hooked and killed the survivor that dropped the flashbang and the survivor I picked up got stuck on me. I could use my hatchet I could kick gens. I could get stunned. But I could not drop the survivor. I have the videos on both sides. But I can't upload them.
