PC - Remote Hook Sabo Bug

Step 1 : Boot the game.
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match.
Step 3 : In-game, have a survivor sabotage a hook as killer remote hooks to the same hook.
Step 4 : The survivor will not be able to be unhooked. Their anti-facecamp bar will also not progress.
