XBOX LAGGING SINCE VECNA UPDATE

My game has been lagging since the Vecna update came out, I’m playing on Xbox Series X, my ping has remained normal, around 30 but it’s still lagging to the point that it’s unplayable. I made a post about this on Reddit and people were agreeing with me and told me they have this issue too, I’m attaching the picture
