Balance vecna movement speed when doing spells for the love of god.
How is it possible that Vecna with 1 ability to snipe, 1 to antiloop, 1 for information and literally there is no movement speed reduced noticeable, its not the same like Artist speed f.e, when she starts to spawn a crow or cancels it.
This killer it is not OP, but that thing doesn't seems fair according to the rest of the roster, even with that amount of power mentioned. You should balance it asap.

If you don't notice reduced movement speed, pretty sure that's just you not caring about killer speed
Slowdown is pretty noticeable especially with mage hand and boots

What ability to snipe does Vecna have? The skulls aren't infinite range and are pretty easy to avoid the farther away from Vecna you are.

FOTD is completely worthless outside of spawning them on top of survivors, mage hand is good but not uncounterable and the sphere would be nice information if you didn't get them 20 seconds later than you needed them.
It would be ridiculous to make him much slower while casting with that amount of downsides, no other killer I know has that many xD

but you do get slowed down, and you can't turn when selecting the spell...

The slowdown is generally fine on Vecna's abilities. Even on Mage Hand perhaps, though that is the one ability I wouldn't mind having just slightly less movement speed on use. But it's getting nerfed in a different way it seems.
