New Version of Borgo can have giant red area of mystery

I just played an anniversary event match on Borgo (new version) as Huntress and there was a giant red square on the map with a hook, and it led off the map. Survivors were abusing it to hold the game hostage, and it was incredibly hard to navigate/the weird falling was jarring.
Please do something about this bug. I have video, but it's on my PS4.
