Survivor stuck on killer’s shoulder

Just played a game of Dead Dog Saloon and the killer had picked up a survivor to use the teleport hook, but instead of it hooking the survivor it transported a full health survivor to a hook and the shoulder survivor was glitched out floating about 2 feet off his body. The Bubba was able to kick gens and play the game freely with them still attached, after everyone else was dead he found the hatch and closed it, but the game continued after the endgame collapse and he was stuck in the game.

Forgot to mention I was on PC and the killer was on crossplay.
