HOW TO FIX THE LEGION FOR GOOD!

Alright so legion is a killer that is boring to play as and to play against. His overall ability doesn't allow for counter play making it only a matter of time before the legion downs you... and you pretty much have nothing to do about it.
So what i suggest is adding a negative to his ability. The way i think they should do this is by making so if you miss an attack in frenzy it puts you to the fatigue and fully depletes your ability meter. This would offer counter play that would make it fun to play against and more challenging to play as (which ultimately makes it more fun too)
Since this is overall a nerf i feel as if the duration of his base ability should be increased so that the ability also provides map pressure. In turn i believe that you should have a little farther of a "heartbeat" reading range as to compliment the increase in duration.
I honestly think that if the devs see this and go through with the changes that the legion will be fun to play against but also be seen as a threat.
