Remote hooking & remote pallet breaking would make excellent buffs for Freddy

If a survivor is in the dream world it makes sense that Freddy would be able to bypass all the busy work of manually walking them to a hook.

And remote pallet breaking is a strong chase tool that Freddy desperately needs.

Obviously these powers would need to be toned down if they were to be apart of Freddy's basekit.

Remotely hooking a survivor could send them to a distant hook, and remotely breaking a pallet would need to be telegraphed, slower, and less one sided.

    I am not sure how I feel about pallet breaking, but remote hooking would be great.
