Wraith Not Uncloaking after getting Stunned

The Wraith no longer Uncloaks when getting stunned. He goes through the animation, but it seems to end a lot quicker and then he suddenly becomes invisible again without having to re-activate the Wailing Bell itself.
It has happened Many MANY times now and its been happening for over 10 MONTHS.
From what I can tell, he's supposed to fully uncloak when getting stunned.
ADDITIONALLY:
The Wraith was able to break a pallet while I was standing in front of it directly as though he was phasing through me like Sadako.
