The knights banner is not working properly and is still inactive after the 5 seconds so this is no counter play right now please fix

that is not a bug. the banner inactive for 6 seconds for Assassin and Jailer. The Carnifex has inactive banner for 12 seconds.

I tested it out they fixed it.It was a bug in patch 8.0.1.Also its 5 secs and 10 secs alright that's all I gotta say
