Medkits no longer fully deplete when self-healing to 100% with no add-ons
What's that supposed to mean? A medkit without any addons should deplete after healing if no great skill checks were hit.

They've never fully depleted since the healing nerf. I've always had a small amount left after healing fully. It made doing those 'deplete (x) medkit' challenges a pain at times. It appears that was intentional (i imagine so you can use the syringe) and there was a bug recently where the medkit was depleting.

Was making Styptics and Syringes easier to use a change the game really needed?

33% increased charge usage across the 24 charges of healing = 24 * 0.67 so after you use the 16 charges for a self heal you still have 0.08 charges left for self care or 0.12 charges left for healing others

This is our mistake! There was a little hiccup with the wording, we've gone ahead and corrected it.
- Medkits now fully deplete when self-healing to 100% with no add-ons.
Previously medkits would incorrectly have a sliver of charge left when they should have been fully depleted. This has been fixed. A full heal will correctly use up the medkit as intended.
