Merciless Storm Bug?

Nintendo Switch

When playing against The Doctor with Merciless Storm the generator explodes when the skill check is hit,everytime ,and it appears to always be during the last skill check. (First time I was not affected by insanity at all and the second I was tier 2 insanity).

Occurs everytime I reached 99% of a generator.

    I have also seen this bug has been reported many times since last year but nothing has been done about it, so I thought I would post my experience.
