Why are hex totems placed in the worst spots on the map?

I can have hex undying even and everything gets destroyed in the first few minutes. Make them hidden!!!

Definately want to chose Hexes over other perks. Hexes are not waste of perk slots, believe me.

There are also a lot of hidden Totem Spots, just nobody mentions them. Had a game today where Crowd Control was active the whole game because nobody found the Totem.

But all of those hidden spots specially on new maps are fixed, so if you use hexes or go against people with hexes its very easy to memorize those cheecky spots like the behind locker on midwhich,blue box on lerys, corner of autoheaven car repair room.
They are hidden maybe in your first 100 hours but after that you can easily memorize those spots.
