Not able to interact with green glyph on Badham

I couldn't interact with this glyph at all after a few tries.
I'm pretty sure it was Badham III but it could be V. I know others maps dont spawn like that.
It was around the corner of the school where the car is on the same spot as this pic as myers but I wasnt able to reproduce the tile as it was on my game.
