Sadako teleporting through TV when I have the tape and Bite the Bullet not working on Nostromo.

Nintendo Switch. I did see killer lag icon. Nostromo was the map. I took a tape out of a TV near a gen that was near the killer shack where basement can spawn and she was still able to come out of the TV when I had the tape in my hands. Killer add ons. Remote Control and Distorted Photo. Killer build was Mindbreaker, Merciless Storm, Call of Brine and Surge. Also Bite The Bullet wasn't working on this map at all. My build was Distortion, Self Care, Botany Knowledge and Bite The Bullet. So far the only map where it seems not to work on. I was also playing as Ace.
