New icon for hatch escapes

BHVR we need a new icon for a hatch escape on survivor side since when a survivor escapes through hatch it isn't counted as a win or a loss for either. Doing so will allow easier tracking for escape rates and determining stats for ourselves. All it needs to be is a survivor jumping into an open hatch.
