Forgotten ruins Passages still Bugged

I get stuck inside the passage multiple times every patch for just trying to use them. The passages i get stuck inside are the ones that have exits on the outside of the map. I am getting really tired of this. I would report using the in game report system but it is impossible due to the chat with the "Observer" bot closing every time i need to access in game information like screenshots or my cloud id. I cannot upload a screenshot of the issue as i had to copy another screenshot to attempt to communictae with that bot, but to no avail
