Perk Charms Should Be Survivor And Killer Accessible

So as you know when you reach prestige 7, 8, and 9 on either killer or survivor you get their respective perks but survivor perks are only available on survivor which makes them basically impossible to see unlike if you have perks on a hook. If survivor perks were available to be on a hook then not only does it show your dedication to that survivor but also your ability to play both.
