Killer stuck in twisted masquarade pallet

I was playing The Plague on Mount Ormond Resort. A player managed to get me stuck in an event pallet in the (I think) main entrance of the main building. I guess I was walking very close to the side where a pallet was spawned.
Unfortunately I wasn't recording the gameplay.
I attached log file. idk if it helps.
