Trying to run DBD on Linux - PopOS Last Version

I'm Trying to run DBD on Linux - PopOS Last Version using PortProton (opensource) and/or Heroic Games Launcher (opensource) but it gives me this error:

EAC has detected that game files have been modified (error code 1), verify the integrity of the game cache.

No catalog has been found (addionally)

the devs have any idea how to make this works? Or should i just keep windows (dual boot) to play the game :(
