M2 Killer Holding M2 bug

Hello I have problems with killer's power that require you to hold down M2, for some reason it just randomly stops working, here is a video you can hear my mouse clicks.
In the video it seems to happen when I alternate between M1 and M2, but it's not always the case sometimes it happens out of nowhere and Im forced to press escape or M1 to fix it
I reinstalled the game, I verified the game files, I changed different bindings changed M2 to M4 on my mouse, tried a key binding on my keyboard as well, I also tried another mouse. Nothing managed to fix it
