Hangman's Trick should add +1 Scourge Hooks.

Hangman's Trick could be a much more useful perk if it gave more opportunity to scout out and check out if any survivors happen to be hiding near any hooks. Hangman's Trick could be a much better aura read perk with one additional Scourge hook to scout with. I do not believe that adding an additional Scourge Hook would really aid with Pain Resonance secures, and if it did so what? It is a perk slot you took to gain that advantage.

    why not implement it on every sc perk? 4 sc perks could be 4 extra hooks.
