Sable stuck on shoulder

I picked up a player and remote hooked them as someone tried to flashlight blind me. They were not send to the hook and stayed on my shoulder. I was unable to hook them manually and remained able to do things having someone picked up should prevent (kicking gens and pallets). I could also pick up and hook other survivors, but Sable stayed on my shoulder. When I closed the hatch and the timer ended she didn't die and I was stuck until I DCd.
