PC - Decimated Borgo - Out of Bounds Glitch

The Decimated Borgo has an issue where stepping through a reddened area of the map allows for you to glitch out of bounds of the map. Area behind exit gates was accessible, but did not allow survivors to escape from the map.
Step 1 - Find a massive red square on the ground, in one of the areas of the map:
Step 2 - Step onto the red area, approaching the edge of the map until you step off:
Step 3: You will now be able to fall out of bounds of the map. Both survivor & Killer can access this area:
