Will Charms that required a free Code ever come back anytime soon?

As of now, only Charms from previous Rifts came pack in the weekly Charm Bundles. But what about free Charms that required a Code from Years ago? Like the INSERTCOIN Arcade or FORHONOR Helmet for example.
