• Picked up a survivor •As I remotely hooked the survivor I got flashbanged at the same time. •The survivor I picked up was no longer visible to me, and their icon said that I was still carrying them. •The survivor I picked up and couldn’t see, escaped through the hatch. •I could no longer leave the game(it didn’t end for me even after the survivor escaped). •I had to manually leave the game resulting in an hour time penalty
