First of all, you're telling me, BHVR got the rights to one of the most iconic horror icons ever…and decided to make him one of the weakest killers in the game…ridiculous. This dude is in need of some serious buffs and changes, Micheal is stuck playing DBD from 2019. So much has changed about this game, meta change, survs got much better, most maps are huge and surv sided, and Micheal is still just a m1 killer with zero mobility and a weak power that can even run out leaving him at t2 the rest of the match. Like cmon, he needs something to keep up against good survs. All you need to know how to do is loop effectively and this killer is useless. Yea, he might smash through solo q…BUT ALL KILLERS SMASH THROUGH SOLO Q. Recently I've noticed BHVR starting to take a more relaxed approach to killer. With Chucky and Vecna coming out, arguably these killers being top 10. Buffing more killers like Billy, Onyro, etc. It's almost as if they want to stop making killer a completely miserable experience for casuals and understand a fun killer is a fun game. So now I think it's time they start going back and fixing their wrongs with these old licensed killers like Micheal and Freddy. Bring them to life, make them actually fun and strong to play like Chucky is (right now at least). I was thinking for Micheal, either having some sort of vanishing mobility power like he seems to do in the movies, increasing his stalk depending on how far he is but not letting him stalk while in chase or if the surv can see him while in chase. So you get the most stalk when you're close but you still need to stay hidden, and you can still stalk if the surv is running away from you without looking back, (sorta like Ghost face, since most of the time its most effective to just stalk at loops, which doesnt make sense because Micheal in the movies stalked you without you knowing then went for the kill) or removing the limit of his stalk so if he fumbles a t3 early, he isnt screwed with the chance of just having no power the whole game. Maybe even a mix of all three of these. Like, why not make this killer actually cool? Just my thoughts sorta, not trying to go on to much about this. But seriously, please buff Micheal already. He deserves it.

Michael does need buffs... but BHVR have to be careful with him, because he is dearly loved by a lot of people, and thematically is one of the best killer adaptions in the game.

As such I'd be very reluctant to make significant gameplay altering changes.... which means Myers might always be a lower tier killer... but that's OK...

My conservative list of changes would be:

    • Stalk pool for each survivor replenishes at a rate of 1 stalk per minute after 5 seconds of not being stalked.
    • Stalk gains a bonus 10% stalk efficiency when stood completely still during stalk. (This translates to tiering up a single time taking 6s→5.45s at 2.5m and 60s→30s at 38.95m).
    • Myers base movement speed is increased to 5.2m/s, and is reduced to his EW tier when less than 32m from any survivor. (Mark with a debuff of his EW Icon)
    • Stun resistance of 20% when in EW3.
    • Can break pallets and breakable walls using an M1 lunge with a slight recovery in EW3 (think Blight M2 attack).

    Also a nerf:

    • Tombstone Piece - Survivors now replenish stalk at a rate of 2.5 stalk per second after 5 seconds of not being stalked.

These changes would drastically reduce his time spent and weaknesses in his early stages, give him some map mobility and pseudo detection, and greatly bolster his EW3 potency outside of just the murder add-ons.
