Why still no kb/m support on consoles?

We're at a point where you can plug a keyboard and mouse into a console and play other crossplay games like warframe with no problem. Why doesn't DBD have the same support? It'd really odd that the options available for PC players who can choose what they want to play with is missing on console.

    They don't want to add it. They've mentioned that there are no plans for it.

    Why that is, I don't know.

    Similar reason as to why alot of fps games don’t use it/force PC queue when using kbm on console, kbm can do alot more than a controller and in dbd’s case, alot of killers are just better on keyboard and mouse compared to controller


    While this can be fixed by just having kbm force you into crossplay like most normal fps games, I’m guessing the devs most likely are working in other things first before putting focus on kbm on consoles


    EDIT: I should add, idk if Conclave in warframe does this cause I never touched it in my life and nothing could force me to play conclave

    That's just a reason why it should be a priority. Give EVERYONE the same options rather than only some.

    They've not exactly been great to console in the past.

    The whole 60 FPS thing and the RE disaster chapter.
