Decisive Strike stun duration differs depending on the killer

Playing on PC.
The Decisive Strike stun duration is different for different killers. Really not sure why no one is talking about this.
To reproduce: Get stunned by Decisive Strike on Wraith or Pig. The stun is close to 2 seconds, not 4. Now get stunned by Decisive Strike on Trickster, Huntress, or most of the other cast. The stun is somewhere between 5 to 6 seconds, again not 4.
This occurs every match.
Here's a WEBM I guess, wish you could embed it directly, the quality is kind of low but as you can see the DS stun is barely 2 seconds, and this happens every match on Pig, as well as Wraith and a few other killers. This bug has been in the game since 8.0.0.
