Universal Perks in the Search Bar

There are achievements for the game that require using only Universal Perks. Searching the term “Universal” does not bring them up but would be very helpful to discern them from the many perks in the game. You have to “hand pick” them. If you exclude specific character names and search, “Very Rare Perk”, every perk in the game has that phrase and thus every perk is in the result from that search. Being able to search, “Universal”, for the universal perks would be very helpful. :)
