Wiggle not full and Wiggled out

Platform: Pc

So as I saw I dont think it got reported but, I was on the Killers shoulder and when I wiggled it was not full and I got out and in the same time a Crewmate got healed. I dont know if it was a bug or if he or someone else hacked cause i dont know if a Hack like that exists. I also got a Clip for it. First time happened idk if its a bug or if someone here Cheated.
