not being able to hang or lower the survivor

The bug happened to me on the 'Epic Games' platform, in the 'Twisted Mask' event I think I loaded the survivor and pressed the 'Q' button very quickly, then it wouldn't let me download it, I'm not sure but the killer was 'The Twins'
