Survivor stuck on killers shoulder till after End Game Collapse

Unsure if the remote hook bug is what caused this as it's happened to me before when I wasn't recording.
That said, the killer in this clip seems to try to remote hook me right as another survivor opens the exit gate. The Cheryl player is instantly hooked and killed. I am then able to press space and interact with the wiggle bar but I never actually wiggle off. The Killer has full access to all their powers but their walking animation is replaced with a carrying animation.
