When reporting a bug, please follow the template provided, otherwise the report will be declined. The information requested is vital to allow us to correctly reproduce and then fix what you are reporting.

The red character background portraits were for reaching a specific level prior to the rework to the prestige system, only those that reached that level then received the background, characters prestiged after that time, do not.
