Does anyone know if unused anniversary event trinkets will be converted into anything, post event?

Don´t know but very likely.
They already done that with the haunted event which was the first one (i think) where you got more currency than needed to buy everything.
Which is great because needing every challenge done to get everything can be annoying - especially for players who don´t have massive time like some here (cough cough 1000+ cakes…)

Trinkets in the past have always converted to bloodpoints after the event ends. I don't know what the conversion rate is though.
