DBD restarts PC after Easy Anti Cheat splash screen

Every time I boot up DBD it loads the splash screen for Easy Anti Cheat then crashes and restarts my PC. Some fixes I have tried have been turning off steam client and tried going into the bios to turn off XMP but is already disabled. This has gone on since the 26th June as on the 25th it was working fine.
