New Chapter Concept : Dishonored Chapter
The Mist brings in a new set of additions to the Entity's realm - a leader of a witch coven stuck inside her imagination of a world, a formerly dethroned Empress who reclaimed the royal crown with wit and patience, along with a time-shifting manor of a titan of an industry.
NEW KILLER
Name - Delilah Copperspoon
Alias - The Witch
Gender - Female
Realm - Stilton Manor (Past / Present)
Base Stats - HEIGHT : Tall, TERROR RADIUS : 32m, BASE SPEED : 4.6m/s
Lore - As a child, Delilah was sweet and loving, having spent most of her days in Dunwall Tower playing with Jessamine and hoping that one day, her father would show her the same attention he showed her legitimate younger sister. Even after being cast out of the Tower and denied her royal position as princess, she was at least able to find solace in her mother's presence. Following her mother's death, however, Delilah was deprived of any form of comfort and came to see the world as "marred and distorted", bringing about the power hungry visionary she becomes in adulthood.
Having seen and survived the worst the world could deal out, Delilah becomes jaded by and dissatisfied with reality, with her primary goal becoming the induction of change. In order to climb from a point of neglect and filth, Delilah does whatever necessary to survive and ascend to the top. Using her uncanny allure and cunning to attract and manipulate those around her, she is able to rise to heights unimaginable by most. In both of her major power plays, she seeks ultimately the alteration of reality in her image, motivated by her dismal upbringing and vindication against the world. She feels entitled to this right of warping reality, thinking it to be her brand of "justice" and form of correcting the world's many flaws. It is left ambiguous whether her remembrances of the past reflect reality or whether the truth has been warped by her lies and/or insanity. ~Copied from Dishonored Wiki
After she was confined inside her own painting, "The World As It Should Be", Delilah spent time as the one and only sovereign of her domain. Her reign was cut short, however, when a being that transcended time and space took her from her painting and placed her in a new realm, filling her with hatred. In the Entity's realm the Witch now hunts down those who wronged her in the past.

Years after she reclaimed her Throne, with the Outsider finally freed from his bindings, Emily Kaldwin ruled her Empire alongside her father and protector Corvo Attano. Until one day, a mysterious mist invaded Dunwall Tower, reaching into the Empress' chambers. With no one, not even the Lord Protector himself, realizing, the Empress was nowhere to be found the next day. Blaming himself for failing to protect his daughter once again, Corvo Attano resigned from his position of the Lord Protector and returned to his hometown Karnaca, spending his days in grief and depression until old age took him.

NEW MAP
Stilton Manor
The personal manor of the mining industry titan Aramis Stilton, also the place of Delilah Copperspoon's mysterious seance. Distorted by the Void itself, the place is an amalgam of its past and present state. The past version of the manor is back when Stilton was sane and alive, neatly cleaned and polished, but with an eerie aura leaking through here and there.
The present version of the manor features a dark, grim reality where Stilton has gone insane after suffering the seance's debilitating consequences. The place is covered in bloodfly nests, broken machinery and choking overgrowth, maintaining a hopeless atmosphere.

So I actually started playing Dishonored 2 again a few days ago (I never finished it because I preferred the first game but I've grown a lot since the first time I've played 2 and gave it another shot and am enjoying it.) and looked up a Dishonored chapter for Dead by Daylight and seen that you made the post a few hours to 2 days ago originally when I looked it up.
I genuinely think it was meant to be because you conveniently made this thread as I got back into Dishonored 2.
I just want you to know that I'm ALL for this. I would love a Dishonored chapter. I'm currently on mission 7 of the game and I'm having an absolute blast playing as Emily. Although I definitely prefer Corvo's abilities since I played A LOT of the first game and it's DLC's.
A Dishonored chapter would be phenomenal and as the franchise is horror adjacent it could work really well. Just like a BioShock chapter would!
Thanks for taking your time to make this, it made me happy! :)
