Twins Dropped Item Bug

I was playing against The Twins and whenever I would get close to them (it happened 3 times when I got too close to Victor and once in end game when I got close to Charlotte) my character would drop her item. It wasn't like Franklin's. It was the drop animation as if I had pressed the button to drop it myself (and I never did). It's the first time it happened to me (we were in Autohaven Wreckers) and the killer didn't have any perks equipped that would make me drop my item. I ended up getting downed 3 times because I got the animation while I was trying to get close to kick Victor.

    It just happened to me again against a Dredge in Autohaven Wreckers as well, and then against a Legion in Backwater Swamp. None of them had any perks to make me drop my items. This happened to me with a purple toolbox and with a purple med kit.
