Graphical glitch on Forgotten Ruins

My friends and I were playing on July 3, 2024. We found a graphical glitch where there is red and then when you go off of it you fall through. One of my friends actually got stuck to the point she couldn't move or heal herself. I do have clips from my live stream of it to show what happened.
